Groundhog Day, Groundhog Day, Groundhog Day Dinner Event

Everyone was so busy choosing their Tapas by candlelight at 2020 hours, that the palindromic date (is that even a word?) of 02022020 went almost unnoticed. 

A big thank you goes to all those couples who came out again, this time on a Sunday, to support the AFPA Trust Groundhog Day Dinner and for making it so enjoyable. 

This is the only event in the year where all the money raised goes directly towards the funding of  AFPA Trust’s own operations and because none of the Board members take anything in return for the charitable time they give AFPA Trust during the year, the funds raised go a very long way to cover unavoidable admin costs, like website support etc., during the year. 

Looking ahead 2021 is impacted by the 2020 Leap Year and February the second, Groundhog Day, turns up on a Tuesday. So why not think ahead, hold that date now (02022021) in your long-term diary and plan a night out in London for the two of you?  It will be here again before you know it!
